In tribute to Catherine O’Hara (and in memory of John Candy, Harold Ramis and Joe Flahrerty) here is an SCTV parody of the Samuel Z. Arkoff women-in-prison genre ‘Broads Behind Bars’. Every second of this sketch is brilliant, targeted satire. They even get the low-rent look right. Somehow prison and the President seem to go swell together so consider this a Happy President’s Day kind of salutation.
